Dell SUU Update Error Message

I have run the Dell Server Update Utility on 2 servers and they are both erroring with the following message.  Both are 64 bit OS.

The program or feature !\??F:\bin\windows\getOS.exe" cannot start or run due to incompability with 64-bit versions of windows.  Please contact the software vendor to ask if a 64-bit Windows compatible version is available.

Even right clicking and saying run as admin causes the same error.  I have done all the windows updates and rebooted both servers.

DVD reports it as suu744_69_10g-13
