T320 Fans Running Full Speed

Hi Everyone

I have a T320 from about 2 or 3 years ago. Recently, after a reboot (replacing old UPS), the fans are running full speed and does not slow down. I have tried powering it down all the way and removing flea power, but it doesn't solve anything. I should also note that the blue display at the front of the case (system ID display) is no longer powering on. The "i" button glows blue, but holding on to it doesn't seem to reset the display. There is also a blinking orange light on the back of the case, right underneath where it says iDRAC. However, when you open the case, there is no iDRAC card. Perhaps it is built in to the motherboard? When I try to reset the BMC, or Lifecycle controller or iDRAC, the system (in BIOS and Windows) does not detect anything.

I have a suspicion that we will need a motherboard replacement, but I just wanted to confirm this was the case with the forum. Unfortunately we no longer have warranty support...

Thank you in advance for your replies.
