Can't access my server's web interface ONLY idrac6 is available

I have an older PE R610 running a CentOS based monitoring server.  I moved to a new office and upon hooking it all back up exactly as it was in the old office, I can only see the default idrac6 address of 192.168.0.120.  It should have a static address of 192.168.1.20.

I plugged a monitor in and the server boots normally and gives me the login prompt telling me to go to 192.168.1.20 to manage but that IP address is not available on my network. 

Anybody have any ideas?  I don't use iDrac but i have rebooted this thing many times (it's 8 years old).
