PE 1950 - e1215 1.8v pwrgd

Hello,

  My 1950 may finally be dying.  It is auto rebooting and the error on the LED is e1215 1.8v pwrgd failed.  Where is this part located?  I have a 2950 sitting here that I can steal parts from.  Help!
