I've just replaced the 2 batteries on both my UPS 500W that are in 2 different rooms with brand-new ones.. Even after battery replacement the display has turned orange (as it was before I replaced them) with the Bad Battery Detected or Battery Disconnected sign on the top right of the display.
Both units have the firmware 01.14.0003 and connected via USB cable to the respective PC
The first unit has a status of Charge Failure with a battery load of 34% and the second one has a Lost Communication status with a Load of 0%.
I'm not sure I'm missing something or if I have done something wrong.
Please find a screenshot of the unit with the Charge Failure status.
Any suggestion?
