T610 Firmware Updates from bootable media

I need to learn how to fix/update the iDRAC6 firmware and/or the System Services firmware on a PowerEdge T610 using optical media.

Long story short, after various unsuccessful attempts to update this box, the iDRAC6 will no longer initialize and the System Services are unavailable during boot.

I have tried booting from the Linux SLO image, and while that automatically parses and updates what it can, it does not do the iDRAC or System Services.

I've also tried booting from the 2.4 version of the Systems Build and Update Utility, but that then wants me to provide the path to a repository location, and I have no idea how to download or burn this to optical media.

At this point, I just need to be able to get either the iDRAC or System Services working again, and I have to believe there's an option to do this through bootable media somehow.

Thanks in advance for any assistance or insight.

Kerry
