Convert Dell T420 2.5" drive configuration to 3.5"

Hello,

I have a Dell T420 with 16 2.5" drive bays. I want to convert it so that it has 8 3.5" bays.

Is this possible and if so, what parts do I need to buy and where can I buy them from?
