I have a brand new build on an older R420 where I have two SSD's in RAID1 with the OS and two SATA drives in RAID1 for my data. I was able to successfully install the OS (Windows 2016 Std) using the Lifecycle OS Deploy option, however with each subsequent boot, it hangs on the NetXtreme Ethernet Boot Agent and then goes directly to the UEFI Boot Manager without looking for the boot drive. Once I get into the UEFI Boot Manager, I can click on "Continue Normal Boot" and it goes to the OS fine. Any clue why this is doing this?
I have upgraded to the latest firmware (2.4.2) and have set everything in the BIOS to look exclusively to the Integrated RAID controller EFI Fixed Disk Boot Device. I have tried switching from UEFI to BIOS Boot Mode without any success either.
Any help you can provide will be most appreciated in getting this thing to boot properly.
