Dell T320 Hot Swap PSU balancing

Hello,

If a Dell T320 has 2x 495W Hotswap PSU's, will it use them both, for a combined wattage? I'm looking to power a H710 with 8x 3.5" SATA drives, and currently have a single 450W T320 which complains of power issues (lack of)
