T710 motherboard replace

Have a T710 server.  Motherboard  1CTXG.  There is a memory bus issue on the motherboard and we want to replace it.  Have purchased a replacement.

The T710 runs  ESXi which  boots from SD card.  PERC 6i   with 3 Raid-1  Virtual disks.

Can we, and is there a process to replace the motherboard AND retain the 3 virtual disks?
