Installing W8R2 in a Dell 2950

Hello,

I get an error saying " device driver error"...once I pass the install 

To fix this I installed PE2950_BIOS_WIN_2.7.0,FRMW_WIN_R124186,DELL_MULTI-DEVICE_A07_R211422 before installing the W8R2 CD but no help..

Anyone? 

P.S:if it is infact a hard drive driver error has anyone fixed such kind of error..I am installing a device driver for the hard drive just to check what it does..
