Should Dell OpenManage be installed on the Hyper-V host or the Windows Server 2012 R2 (DC, DNS, DHCP, etc) guest?

I have a installation of Windows Server 2012 R2 with only the Hyper-V role.

I made another installation as a virtual machine with Windows Server 2012 R2 and it is the DC, DNS, DHCP, etc.....Should I install Dell OpenManage on that guest or should it go on the host?
