iDRAC7 Virtual Console Reads "No Signal"

I started off with a PE T420 and the Basic iDRAC7 License on my server. Recently I added a dedicated NIC along with an Enterprise License. I started off by importing the Enterprise License on to my server then I added the dedicated NIC. While still using the shared NIC everything seemed to be working fine including the Virtual Console feature. When I changed over to the dedicated NIC everything works except for the Virtual Console. In the preview window on the iDRAC7 home page it simply says “No Signal”. The server has been rebooted and from what I can see the settings are correct but I’m not sure why I can’t view the Virtual Console. Does the dedicated NIC have any firmware that would need updating that would cause this? Thanks for any suggestions.
